Individual lessons take place on Zoom and last 60 minutes. If needed, the teacher may spend up to 10 extra minutes finishing an explanation. We agree on regular days and times in advance so that they work for both the student and the teacher.
After each lesson, the teacher will upload the necessary materials to the student's account, accessible directly from this website. Student accounts are being prepared for launch.
The student receives all theory and practice files, as well as the file from each lesson. These materials are theirs to keep permanently.
Lessons are not recorded. Students are also not permitted to record lessons.
TAI teachers have at least two years of teaching experience. Each teacher goes through a thorough selection process and has experience helping students achieve good academic results.

First, TAI Campus contacts you using your chosen method: phone, Telegram or email. We discuss the student's goal, level, lesson language and tutor preferences. We usually respond within 6 hours of receiving your enquiry.
We tailor the programme to each student's goals and level. Before the trial lesson, we will send a free diagnostic test.
Complete the assessment independently: the results help identify what the student already knows, any gaps and where to start. If you have already taken the website assessment, let the organiser know. Afterwards, we will discuss the results, a learning plan and an approximate timeline for reaching the goal.
TAI Campus matches a tutor to the student's needs, taking lesson language and availability into account. We discuss the tutor's approach and agree on a schedule that suits both student and teacher. We remain your contact for tutor matching and organisational questions.
The trial lesson is paid for separately at 50% of the price of one lesson. Subsequent lessons are prepaid: a package before its first lesson, and a single lesson before it begins.
Please pay no later than two hours before the lesson. If you cannot meet this deadline, notify the school organiser beforehand. Lessons do not take place until payment is received; repeated delays may lead the school to stop booking further lessons.
Only the school organiser accepts payments. Teachers do not accept payments or send bank details.
If anyone suggests paying another card, do not transfer the money and contact the school organiser immediately. Transfers to other bank details do not count as payment for school lessons.
Yes, if we can find another teacher and a time that suits you both. Contact the school organiser.
Notify the school organiser at least 24 hours before the lesson to reschedule. It can be moved to another day in the same week at a time agreed with the teacher.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show counts as a completed lesson and is deducted from the paid lessons.
After more than three missed lessons, make-up lessons are not provided and your timetable slot is no longer reserved. You can resume under the rules for returning after a break.
Plan breaks after completing your paid package. Going away, even temporarily, counts as stopping regular lessons: your teacher's timetable slot will not be reserved during your absence.
Remaining paid lessons can be moved. When you return, you can continue with your previous teacher if they have availability. Otherwise, the school will offer another teacher.
If a lesson is disrupted for a reason on the student's side, it counts as completed and is deducted. If the disruption is on the teacher's side, the remaining untaught time is rescheduled and made up in agreement with the school.
The school monitors teacher punctuality. If a teacher is late, they make up all missed time by extending that lesson, if convenient for you, or the next one. For example, being 15 minutes late means the next one-hour lesson will last 75 minutes.
If the student is late, the missed time counts as taught. The lesson ends at the scheduled time and is not extended.
The teacher communicates directly with the student about learning. Discuss payments, scheduling, rescheduling and other organisational matters with the school organiser.
Parents can contact the school organiser whenever they want to know about their child's progress. We will consult the teacher and answer their questions.
The school also periodically updates parents on the student's progress and results.
Lessons are not recorded. Students are also not permitted to record lessons.
The student receives all theory and practice files, as well as the file from each lesson. These materials are theirs to keep permanently.
There is no limit on referrals. You receive 20% off once the new student attends a trial lesson and both of you confirm the referral to the school organiser.
The discount applies to your next package of 3–12 lessons, paid for in one payment. For example, if you pay for 6 or 9 lessons, the whole package receives the discount.
One discount cannot be split across multiple packages. If you use it for 3 lessons, a new confirmed referral is needed for a discount on the next package.
If you have any questions, please ask — we will be happy to answer.
If these arrangements work for you, message us and we will agree on a trial lesson.
