Who receives the data

The TAI school organiser handles submissions and removal requests.

What you provide

A tutor matching enquiry includes your name, Student or Parent role and one contact method: an Uzbekistan phone number, Telegram username or email. You can also add the student's grade or age, subject, learning goal, lesson language and a comment. On the student page, provide the parent's contact details with their permission. To leave a review, enter a name, role and review. A question may include a name and Telegram username.

Publication and questions

After you agree to publication and submit, your name, role and review appear on the website immediately, without prior review. Questions and the contact details supplied with them are not published. Only the organiser decides whether to add a question and answer to the FAQ.

Lesson enquiries

When submission is available, your enquiry is saved on the server with your consent and sent privately to the TAI school organiser through the school Telegram bot. These details are used to contact you, discuss your learning goal and arrange lessons. They are never included in the public review feed. The form confirms successful delivery only after the organiser receives the enquiry; an error does not count as confirmation. If submission is unavailable, the form is disabled and no enquiry details are sent. Direct Telegram and Instagram links open the school's account so you can write and send your own message.

Private learning feedback

The About page lets students and parents send private feedback about learning. The form includes a role, name, message and optional Telegram username. The school uses it to address difficulties and improve teaching. It is never added to the public reviews. If the form prepares a Telegram draft, the message is sent only when you send it yourself in Telegram. If direct submission is available, the message is stored privately on the server and sent to the organiser; the form confirms successful delivery.

Storage

• Reviews are stored on the server and remain available after you close your browser.
• Questions and contact details are not included in the public review feed.

Form protection

The server checks field lengths, required fields and submission frequency. A one-way identifier is used for rate limits; the IP address is not stored in the review database.

Request removal

To request removal of your review, message @thinkaboutituz on Telegram and include the name and text of the review.
