A PERSONAL APPROACH TO LEARNING

TAI Campus

Milana Maratovna is the founder of TAI Campus (Think About It) and a mathematics and physics teacher. She began teaching at 16 and entered university on a full scholarship. Students prepared for SAT, DTM and National Certificate exams and gained admission to their chosen universities, including abroad.

TAI Campus is a personal educational service. You tell us what the student needs; we take responsibility for finding a tutor for their level, goal and lesson language. We help organise learning and stay in touch with the family to discuss progress, answer questions and help when something is not working. Our aim is to make quality education more accessible through close attention to each student.

How we select teachers

Before a teacher joins TAI, we check:

  • Their teaching experience.
  • Their students' results.
  • Their approach to lessons.
  • Evidence of English proficiency for teaching in English.

How we monitor teaching quality

TAI Campus checks the quality of learning materials and monitors student progress. We ask students about their lessons to understand what helps them learn and what could be improved.

Students and parents can send TAI Campus a private message about what works well, any difficulties and their suggestions. We use this feedback to improve the learning experience.
